I blame Juliet because she agreed to everything. She didn' really had the choice to decide for herself. But she could at least try to do something. Try to work things out and make good decisions. Take things slow and not want to kill herself.
It's her fault because she only cares about herself. When her dad told her that she was going to end up on the street with no money she didn't want to end up with no money.She couldv'e just end up with no money and escape with Romeo. Then they could work for money. That way they could live happy together with no money but happy.
